Last updated: March 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DocsBolt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocsBolt is an AI-powered platform that generates structured documents — including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PDFs — from user-provided text content. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to structure and format your content.
3. User Accounts
- You may use DocsBolt without creating an account for basic document generation.
- Creating an account provides access to additional features such as generation history.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI generation engine
- Overload the Service with automated or bulk requests beyond reasonable use
- Upload malicious files or content designed to compromise security
- Violate intellectual property rights of others through the Service
5. Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of input text and uploaded files.
- Generated Output: Documents generated by DocsBolt from your content are yours to use freely for personal or commercial purposes.
- Templates: Custom templates you upload remain your property. Built-in templates are licensed for use within the Service only.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by DocsBolt is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or formatting issues. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. DocsBolt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated documents.
7. Service Availability
DocsBolt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DocsBolt and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
